ABOUT US Erika Larsson - President & Founder
Erika is a 'take-charge' entrepreneurial business person who is seriously committed to providing excellent training. She continues to have a very successful business career that has seen her achieve noteworthy success in the fields of finance, sales, retail, consulting, and education. Erika's tireless and innovative efforts have resulted in numerous professional accolades and extensive positive coverage in the press. She was nominated for the YMCA's “Woman of Distinction” awards in the category of Entrepreneur/Innovator, she also designed a women's mentorship program that received recognition from the BC Provincial Government. She has coached many businesspeople and businesses and has taught Business Administration students at the University of Victoria. Erika has been mentored by some of the world's leading professionals and produces superior results in whatever she undertakes. She is known for her innovative spirit and specializes in seeing the potential in others, supporting them to be the best they can be. She lives with passion and will encourage you to do the same! Erika
Larsson is a dynamic leader who is passionate about training,
encouraging and coaching people to maximize their potential. Since 1990 she has designed self-help workshops
and coaching programs, and has spoken to audiences as small as 10
and as large as 3,000 people. Erika is genuinely interested in
people's ideas and aspirations, and she brings her powerful energy
and enthusiasm to her teaching and coaching interactions.
Bill MacMunn has Spent the last 25 years in the personal development
arena. His passion is to help develop leaders in a world starving
for proper leadership, especially in business where competition is
widespread. Bill has spent the majority of his career working in the
automotive industry where he established a reputation for himself as
one of the top General Sales Managers in the country. 
Mackie
has over 30 years experience in the self development field and has
completed numerous programs. She has been a consultant for over 10
years and is also president of Mackenzie Bradley Enterprises Inc., a
marketing and communication consulting company. Mackie has actively
coached team members from many senior management positions, business
owners, and people who seek life direction. Mackie is located in
Toronto. She is a seminar facilitator, coach and mentor for Becoming
A Better You clients in Eastern Canada.
